Our Story

Four Generations, One Farm.

The Webster family has farmed this Lancashire land for over a century. What began as a modest family farm in the 1920s has grown into one of the county's most loved farm shops — but the values have never changed.

We farm our own land, rear our own livestock, and prepare everything ourselves. When you buy from Taylors, you know exactly where it came from, exactly who grew it, and exactly how it was raised. That transparency is something no supermarket can offer.

Today, the fourth generation of the Webster family continues that legacy — bringing modern skill to a heritage craft, and keeping Lancashire's finest produce on your table.

Provenance

From Our Fields to Your Table.

Real food starts with knowing where it comes from. At Taylors, that means farming it ourselves.

Our cattle and sheep graze our own pastures. Our vegetables grow in our own soil. Our butchers prepare everything on-site, by hand — no middlemen, no shortcuts.

When you shop with us, you're buying food with a real address and the flavour that only genuine provenance can deliver.

"You can't replicate what happens when an animal is raised well, on good land, by people who care. You can only taste it."

— The Webster Family
